Directions
- The oven is preheated to 425°F (218°C). Almonds are roasted in olive oil with salt for somewhat four minutes and are then slipped for about two more minutes. Then they are roasted quickly.
- 0.25 inch measuring part of the cheese is stuffed into each date (pitted).
- Few pieces of the roasted almond slices which were prepared earlier are also added.
- One half piece of bacon is taken and is wrapped around the prepared date. The same process is done with other dates and bacon pieces.
- The oven temperature is set to 400°F (204°C). The bacon wrapped dates are baked for about 5 minutes, after which dates are turned, and they are again baked for something like 6-7 minutes or they are baked till the bacon becomes crisp.
- The preparation is taken out of the oven and left for about five minutes after which it can be served and savored.
