- Slice the sweet potatoes.
- In a large frying pan, blend apple juice with salt and cinnamon.
- Put the potatoes in next.
- Turn the heat on high and wait for the mixture to boil.
- Bring the heat down to a simmer.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes. Turn the potatoes over as needed to heat them evenly.
- Once the excess juice has cooked away and the potatoes have reached a tender stage, they are finished. Remove them from the heat and serve immediately.
