| 4 (15 oz) cans | juice packed peach slices, drained | |
| 2 tbsp | cornstarch | |
| 1 tsp | vanilla | |
| 0.667 cup | old-fashioned oats | |
| 1.25 tsp | ground cinnamon | |
| 0.25 cup | brown sugar | |
| 0.333 cup | all-purpose flour | |
| 2.5 tbsp | butter | |

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Coat a 9 inch deep pie pan with oil or non-stick spray.
- Add the peaches.
- Mix the cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a separate bowl.
- Spread this topping evenly on the peaches.
- Get another bowl and blend the oats, cinnamon, flour, brown sugar, and butter together.
- Spread this topping over the peaches as well.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Once the topping has turned a light brown, it is ready to serve.
