Ingredients

| 0.25 lb | skinless, smoked turkey breast | |
| 0.25 cup | onion, chopped | |
| 2 cloves | garlic, crushed | |
| 0.25 tsp | cayenne pepper | |
| 0.25 tsp | ground cloves | |
| 0.5 tsp | dried thyme | |
| 1 | green onion, chopped | |
| 1 tsp | ground ginger | |
| 2 lb | greens (mixture of mustard greens, collard greens, kale, and turnip greens) | |
| 1 tbsp | chopped and seeded jalapeno pepper (optional) | |

Directions
- Add everything but the greens to a saucepan.
- Turn the heat on high and raise to a boil.
- Wash the greens and pull off the stems.
- Cut the greens up.
- Put the greens in and boil them for 20-30 minutes.
- Once the greens are tender, they are ready to serve.
