            Original recipe yields:

            12 servings (1 cup per serving)


            1 lbground turkey, 93% lean, 7% fat
            1 medium onion, chopped
            1 green bell pepper, chopped
            28 oztomatoes, red, ripe, canned, packed in tomato juice
            29 ozkidney beans, canned, drained, and rinsed
            8 oztomato sauce, canned
            2 tspblack pepper​
            1 package chili seasoning mix
            2 tbspolive oil

            Per serving:


            1. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
            2. Add 1 lb of ground turkey into the pan and stir-fry until turkey turns brown.
            3. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green bell pepper and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
            4. Add 28 oz tomatoes, 29 oz kidney beans, 8 oz tomato sauce, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 package chili seasoning mix and stir very well.
            5. Cover and stew about 20 minutes over low heat.
